You have the option of paying in full or in installments.

If you are paying in full, you can pay any time before February 1, 2024.

There are three options:

  • option A: $1690 accommodation with a host family + classes and events
  • option B: $1590 accommodation in a private apartment + classes and events
  • option C: $1300 classes and events (accommodation not included)

If you are paying in installments, you must adhere to the following deadlines:

  • Installment 1 due February 1, 2024 options A,B,C: $650
  • Installment 2 due March 1, 2024 options A,B,C: $650
  • Installment 3 due April 15, 2024: option A $500; option B $400; option C $100


Full refund will be issued only before February 1, for later dates only for medical emergencies and only with a medical certificate, by April 15.
