Marika Beneventi

LANGUAGE INSTRUCTOR

Marika was born and raised in Reggio Emilia and later moved to Ireland where she graduated from University College Dublin in English, German and Italian and earned her MA in Anglo-Irish Literature and Drama.

Marika taught English and Italian in Italy before moving to London for 9 years where she worked in the design industry.

In 2002 Marika spent one travelling around the globe, doing yoga and scuba diving.

Since moving to the United States in 2007, Marika lived in New York and now in Philadelphia with her husband and two kids. She taught Italian to children at the Scuola Marco Polo, continues to freelance as a design consultant and teach Italian at AIS.
